I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. While the beach location is simply beautiful and the pool area is well maintained, the service left much to be desired, with staff seeming untrained and unresponsive. The dining options offered were decent but not nearly enough for the high price they charged. Overall, the experiences didn’t match the expectations set by their website.
Staying at this hotel was quite the experience, with a unique boat ride to arrive and stunning views from our Royal Suite. The staff were incredibly helpful and dedicated, especially in the restaurant. However, the bar experience was confusing, and the drinks could use improvement. Overall, it felt like a lovely getaway with valuable amenities but a few areas that could definitely be enhanced.
